Billie Rae is an experienced banking professional from Mt. Orab, Ohio, with 27 years in the banking industry. She joined First State Bank in 2015 as Head Customer Service Representative at the Mt. Orab Banking Center. She later advanced into leadership roles as Office Manager and was named Banking Center Manager in 2018, also at the Mt. Orab location.
Since 2023, Billie Rae has served as Regional Retail Manager for the West Market, where she oversees the Fayetteville, Georgetown, Mt. Orab, Ripley, and Maysville Banking Centers. In this role, she is also responsible for driving loan and deposit growth throughout the region.
Billie Rae is passionate about developing strong teams, supporting growth across local communities, and building lasting customer relationships. Beyond banking, she serves as a Board Member for Hospice of Hope, where she helps further its mission of compassionate care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending fitness classes, and making memories with her children and grandchildren.
A lifelong resident of Adams County, Brittany graduated from West Union High School. She went on to further her education at Shawnee State University, obtaining a degree in Business Administration. Her career in banking began in 2018, and she has served in various roles, including Customer Service Management and Banking Center Management. In 2024, she accepted the Mount Orab Banking Center Manager position.
Brittany enjoys giving back to the community and volunteering at local events. In her free time, she values spending time with her family.
A lifelong resident of Scioto County, Megan graduated from Portsmouth West High School. She went on to obtain her degree in Business Administration from Shawnee State University. She began her career in banking in 2019 and has worked in various roles such as Lead Customer Service Representative, and Mortgage Loan Processor. In 2023, she accepted the Portsmouth Banking Center Manager position where she focuses on loan and deposit growth in the Portsmouth area.
Megan is actively involved in her community. She serves as a preschool teacher at Dry Run Church of Christ. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching and spending time with her family.
A lifelong resident of Highland County, Megan graduated from Lynchburg Clay High School. She went on to obtain her associate degree in Agricultural Production from Southern State Community College. She started her banking career in 2013 and has worked in various roles, such as Lead Customer Service Representative and Senior Residential Loan Processor. In 2024, she accepted the Washington Court House Banking Center Manager position where she will focus on loan and deposit growth and customer service.
In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children as well as attending her children’s sporting events and camping with her friends and family.
A Ripley native and graduate of Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington High School, Paula went on to attend Maysville Community and Technical College. She started her banking career in 2003 and has served in various roles such as Customer Service, Office Management, and Banking Center Management. In 2024, she accepted the banking center manager role for Maysville, where she is responsible for deposit and loan growth in the surrounding area.
Paula is heavily involved in her community and is an active member of the Maysville Rotary Club and the Maysville Younger Women’s Club. She also serves on several boards, including the Maysville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Limestone Family YMCA, and Leadership Horizons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking, and traveling.
A graduate of West Union High School, Whittie currently resides in Seaman, Ohio. She began her banking career at First State Bank in 2004. Over the years, she has worked as a Call Center Specialist, Customer Service Representative, and Office Manager. She currently serves as the Banking Center Manager in Seaman, where she is responsible for loan and deposit growth in the surrounding area.
Whittnie is a graduate of Leadership Adams and is involved in her community and local church. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, watching her children play sports, and show their livestock.
